3 things we do because we studied child development (food edition):

  1. Say “YET” after current dislikes: “It’s okay you don’t want the carrots, you don’t like them YET”

  2. Leave disliked food on plate: “You don’t have to eat it but its going to sit on your plate”

  3. Mix foods: “It’s okay you don’t want the beans in your burrito bowl. Eat around it if you like”
